AI Thread Summary
Jogging in the morning can lead to discomfort in the belly area, particularly if the pain is felt on the left side, where the spleen is located. This organ can become sensitive during exercise due to increased blood flow. To alleviate this issue, it's important to incorporate a proper warm-up routine before jogging, which can help prevent discomfort and fatigue during the workout.

Does it hurt on the left? That is where your spleen is located, it is an organ through which a lot blood is circulating. During excersize the increased flow of blood can make the organ sensitive.

You should always do a warming-up before excersize. Doing this properly will probably take care of this problem.
