AI Thread Summary
Typing "google.com" in the address bar can redirect users to google.com/ig, which may be influenced by being signed into Gmail or Google's new personalized homepage feature. This redirection could also be related to browser cookies that remember previous visits or account status. Users without a Gmail account or those who haven't visited the personalized page recently may not experience this redirect.
