Astronaut traveling what effects would she feel?
oh ok, so b/c in this case the observer is moving the time intervals will not seem any different? so heart rate stays the same. The dimensions should as well then, b/c the area she is in is moving at the same speed as her. she would feel heavier though and find it harder to breathe b/c of the...- goWlfpack

Astronaut traveling what effects would she feel?
well with length contraction, if the observer is moving, objects appear shorter if they are stationary, and a time interval to an observer in motion will appear longer then an observer at rest. So the heart rate would seem slower?? but would it actually change?- goWlfpack

Relativity and observed length of a moving object
ok, i took the proper length, which is 2.3 and multiplied it by the square root of (1 - v^2/c^2) i used .89 as v and 2.99e8 for c when i did v^2 / c^2 i got 8.86e-18 when i do 1 - that answer, the change is so insignificant that it just counts as one. the square root of 1 is 1 and 1...- goWlfpack

Relativity and observed length of a moving object
thats where i found the equation, the v squared/ c squared came out so small that 1 minus that came to just 1... and then the length is the same... but that was wrong- goWlfpack

Motional emf i thinkchange in area and magnetic field
Well the change in magnetic flux would be flux=B(deltaA) so the change in flux should equal .001508 then faraday's law is emf=-N (change in flux)/change in time but there arent any turns in this wire and also there is no time given. but if you put in 1 for each you get the change in...- goWlfpack
