AI Thread Summary
A recurring issue of random computer shutdowns accompanied by a Blue Screen error message related to USB drivers has been reported. Attempts to resolve the problem by reinstalling drivers have not been successful. Recommendations include researching the specific error code (0X000000FE [BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER]) for potential solutions while exercising caution against downloading unverified fix programs. Additional information about the circumstances leading to the blue screen errors, such as the programs in use and hardware specifications (CPU, motherboard, graphics card), is requested to better diagnose the issue.

So, I've had this problem for about 8 months now. My computer will randomly shut off and display the message above. I've tried reinstalling all the drivers but it didn't actually work. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Can you provide some details about the circumstances in which the system blue screened the last few times (what programs running, what the system was doing at the the time, etc)?
Also, can you please provide hardware specs (CPU, mobo, GFX, etc)

And they sure don't go back on. So, in the absence of a longer-term solution that might involve a replacement, is there any way I can activate the power button, like with a paperclip or wire or something? It looks...
