How to Troubleshoot and Resolve BSOD Caused by USB Driver Problem

So, I've had this problem for about 8 months now. My computer will randomly shut off and display the message above. I've tried reinstalling all the drivers but it didn't actually work. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I searched:
Windows 7 Blue Screen 0X000000FE [BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER]

Try that and many sites pop up.
( Just be wary and do not download a fix program from any old site. Be vigilant. )

Can you provide some details about the circumstances in which the system blue screened the last few times (what programs running, what the system was doing at the the time, etc)?
Also, can you please provide hardware specs (CPU, mobo, GFX, etc)
