Relative Permeability of Lead: Can I Assume Value of 1?

Simply, all I want to know is the value of the relative permeability of lead??
Can I assume this value to 1??

Pretty much... according to hyperphysics 1-1.8x10^-5=0.999982

I passed a motorcycle on the highway going the opposite direction. I know I was doing 125/km/h. I estimated that the frequency of his motor dropped by an entire octave, so that's a doubling of the wavelength. My intuition is telling me that's extremely unlikely.
