Looking for a Calculator App with Unit Functionality?

AI Thread Summary
Calculator apps that handle unit conversions are sought after, with one option being the "Graph 89 Free" app available on the Play Store. This app emulates the TI-89 Titanium calculator, which includes built-in unit conversion features. While the app itself is free, users must obtain the ROM separately, which is illegal to download unless they own the physical TI-89. The app replicates the functionality of the actual calculator, allowing for program transfers between devices. Additionally, a specific app for iPhone and Mac, found at physyapps.com, was mentioned but is limited to those platforms.

Does anyone know of any calculator apps that can deal with units? I know I can do it on google search, but I was looking for something more like a calculator. I found this one: http://physyapps.com but it's only for iphone and mac.

Thanks,

Paul

The app "Graph 89 Free" on the play store will run a ROM of the TI-89 Titanium, which has built in units and unit conversions. The app is free, but the ROM must be acquired elsewhere. However, it it ILLEGAL to download the ROM or extract it from a TI-89 if you do not own it. If you own, go right ahead and use the app. I love it. It works perfectly and has exactly the same functionality as my physical 89, and I can even transfer programs between the two.

This week, I saw a documentary done by the French called Les sacrifiés de l'IA, which was presented by a Canadian show Enquête. If you understand French I recommend it. Very eye-opening. I found a similar documentary in English called The Human Cost of AI: Data workers in the Global South. There is also an interview with Milagros Miceli (appearing in both documentaries) on Youtube: I also found a powerpoint presentation by the economist Uma Rani (appearing in the French documentary), AI...
Thread 'Urgent: Physically repair - or bypass - power button on Asus laptop'
Asus Vivobook S14 flip. The power button is wrecked. Unable to turn it on AT ALL. We can get into how and why it got wrecked later, but suffice to say a kitchen knife was involved: These buttons do want to NOT come off, not like other lappies, where they can snap in and out. And they sure don't go back on. So, in the absence of a longer-term solution that might involve a replacement, is there any way I can activate the power button, like with a paperclip or wire or something? It looks...
