How can wind stiffness be calculated for a MDOF model using wind speed data?

Hey guys

I am looking for the solution to replace the spring in MDOF model with wind stiffness or air stiffness if to build a MDOF model of wind.

What I have now is only a wind speed data matrix.

Anyone can provide some equations of calculating wind stiffness and some clues maybe.

Thanks a lot.
