I Causality and nonlocality

under the assumptions of the pardigm used here
As far as I can tell, @PeroK is not assuming anything or advocating any paradigm; he's basically saying we don't have a paradigm that works. The question is, given that we have a theory that makes correct predictions, why do we need a paradigm?
