AI Thread Summary
Sitting for over 10 hours a day for an extended period can lead to significant pain in the arms and legs, particularly at night. While medical advice suggests that exercise can improve health, it is unlikely that one will return to their previous state of health completely. Regular exercise is essential and can lead to substantial improvements, but reducing sitting time is also crucial. Seeking local professional guidance is recommended for tailored advice and support.

My question is, if I exercise myself from now on, is it likely that my health be as it was before I started the mentioned routine, or will I have some permanent disease regardless of what I do from now on?
