Does entropy increase in this process

Homework Statement

Is boiling of egg accompanied by an increase in entropy?

The Attempt at a Solution

I guess entropy decreases because as the egg boils, the stuff inside it gets hardened and changes into a solid mass. So the disorderliness decreases and the entropy should decrease. But according to the answer the entropy increases. Can anyone help me on this?
