    Energy question?!?!?! Please help!

:confused:1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    Give a clear example of:
a,) the conversion of elastic potential energy to Kinetic energy.
b.) the conversion of elastic potential energy to GPE
c.) the conversion of chemical potential energy to KE
d.) the conversion of chemical potential energy to thermal energy
e.) the conversion of electromagnetic energy to KE
f.) The conversion of KE to GPE

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution

i honestly have no clue how to do these.. I read my book, and lookeed through my notes and i cant figure it out:confused:

What elasticky thing can you stretch to propel something?
If you stretch that elasticky thing and propel something how do you give it gravitational potential energy?
What kind of energy is released in a violent, sudden chemical reaction? How would you give kinetic energy to something with that energy?
When you cause an energetic chemical reaction to occur what usually is the result? Can you think of an example of such a reaction?
What kinds of electrical/magnetic devices cause things to move
I will let you figure this one out on your own.

I think you know all these things. Have a little more confidence in yourself. You can do these.
