Finding the density

    A substance is found to have a density of 2.40 g mL-1 and weighs 100g. What is its volume in mL?

    100/2.4= 0.024 mL !!!! i dont know if its right :(

    It's set up correctly but how do get that small of a number by dividing 100 by less than three?

    Oh, I don't know. 100/3=33.33333 and 100/2=50. Seems like 100/2.4 should be something between 33 and 50....

    oops yeah right sorry for wrong answer :D 100/2.4= 41.67 mL
