Bug Fixing "vBulletin 3.7.3 Debug Info" Error on PF Pages

I'm getting "vBulletin 3.7.3 Debug Information" at the bottom of every PF page - directories and threads.

I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha. I found through a search some brief commentary but not enough. Exactly how use and activate and deactivate Push Notifications for Physicsforums? I see some wording at bottom of forum's front page: Physics Forums would like your permission to enable push notifications.
