If I could get anything and everything you guys know about light being quantum or the behavior of light with time. I need everything, doing a huge paper and I need some useful information. Google just turns up trolls.

It might help if you give us some information about your background and level of physics education.

(I could mention the "bible" of quantum optics by Mandel & Wolf:

but that's a graduate-level text.)

Photons are elementary excitations of quantized modes of the electromagnetic field. If that didn't mean anything to you, you need to start with any modern physics book meant for the college introductory physics sequence.

You're going to have to do better than "please summarize a book or two for me".

He's an 8th grader according to himself.

I am not sure if this falls under classical physics or quantum physics or somewhere else (so feel free to put it in the right section), but is there any micro state of the universe one can think of which if evolved under the current laws of nature, inevitably results in outcomes such as a table levitating? That example is just a random one I decided to choose but I'm really asking about any event that would seem like a "miracle" to the ordinary person (i.e. any event that doesn't seem to...
