I just downloaded this version, but the navigation bar on the right hand side does not
show up, it flashes on for a split second then vamooses, hovering over it don't bring it back,
is there some trick to get back?

Maybe it sank?

It is a beta still isn't it?

Otherwise I'm still using 4.2.

I haven't had any problems with it

Note - If the navigation controls do not appear when you move the cursor over the right corner of the 3D viewer, click View > Show Navigation > Automatically and try again.
Maybe that will help?
