AI Thread Summary
Intrinsic properties of a substance are fundamental characteristics that do not change regardless of the amount of the substance present. Key examples include mass, charge, color, and phase. Physical properties, such as mass and color, describe the state of the substance, while chemical properties, like reactivity and conductivity, relate to how the substance interacts with other materials. Understanding these distinctions is crucial for identifying and discussing intrinsic properties effectively.
