AI Thread Summary
The discussion revolves around a homework problem involving two pulleys, where the user, Lukas, seeks assistance in solving it. He has made some progress by calculating the natural frequency but is confused due to varying spring stiffnesses and pulley radii. Other participants encourage him to share his work more clearly for better guidance. There is a note indicating that torsion is not relevant to the problem. The conversation emphasizes the need for clarity in presenting solutions for effective help.

What have you tried?

Hi Lukas! Welcome to PF!

Show us what you've tried, and where you're stuck, and then we'll know how to help!

I have attached my partial solution to the two pulleys question. I think I have managed to work out the natural frequency, however I don't know what to do more as there are different spring stiffnesses and the pulleys have different radii.

Hi Lukas!

Sorry, but this is too difficult to read.

Can you please type out your work in future?

(btw, there's no torsion in the pulley question)
