AI Thread Summary
To delete files from a pendrive that cannot be removed due to a "File system error[1026]," running a scan disk can resolve the issue. This process prompts the user to convert problematic folders into files, which are then created with a .chk extension. Once these new files are generated, they can be deleted, effectively removing the original problematic files from the pendrive.

Got the clue.I finally deleted the concerned files. It is simple.Run the scan disk.It will ask you to convert these problematic folders into files.New files are formed with extension chk. Then all the files vanish once we delete them. Thanks for your suggestion.

Last night I had four docs with a red circle, one with blue. When I closed the blue and opened it again it was red. Today I have 3...
