AI Thread Summary
Recommendations for hydraulic service companies in Cambridgeshire focus on those providing comprehensive solutions, including design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of hydraulic control systems. A specific mention is made of Dynex Hydraulics, which has an office in Eaton Socon and may offer relevant services or referrals. The inquiry raises questions about the appropriateness of seeking such recommendations in a General Physics forum and the geographical restriction to Cambridgeshire. The discussion emphasizes the need for expertise in both standard and high-risk applications, such as subsea and production systems. Overall, finding a reliable hydraulic service provider in the area is the primary concern.

Can anyone recommend a company in the Cambridgeshire area that offer a full hydraulic service including bespoke design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hydraulic control systems and solutions and systems that have been used for standard and high risk applications including subsea, wellheads and production systems. Thank you

Strange question to ask on a General Physics forum and why restrict it to Cambridgeshire?

Seems to have an office in Eaton Socon. If they can't help perhaps ask if they know who can.

comparing a flat solar panel of area 2π r² and a hemisphere of the same area, the hemispherical solar panel would only occupy the area π r² of while the flat panel would occupy an entire 2π r² of land. wouldn't the hemispherical version have the same area of panel exposed to the sun, occupy less land space and can therefore increase the number of panels one land can have fitted? this would increase the power output proportionally as well. when I searched it up I wasn't satisfied with...
