AI Thread Summary
Choosing a course related to computers, programming, electronics, or gaming requires careful consideration of personal strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. Employment prospects in these fields are generally positive, but job availability can vary based on location and specific skills. It's emphasized that one course alone won't dictate a career path, and gathering more information about personal interests and educational background is crucial. Additionally, utilizing career guidance resources, such as personality assessments, can provide valuable insights into suitable career options. Online platforms offering career advice can be beneficial for making informed decisions.

I really need help in deciding what course to take next year. I want to have a career with something to do with computers/programming/electronics or even games. But I don't know what course to take, could anyone make some suggestions?
How are the employment prospects in this field? Will I get hired straight out of uni?
Any help is very appreciated.
Thanks
