I'd like to go for a master degree. What do you think about Industrial Engineering and Management?
I'm also thinking about Manufacturing Engineering. Both are quite broad but having worked in a production industry for over a year I feel like moving from specialist to a manager is tempting since specialists get ignored so much and managers just walk over our heads.
