Is there a Quick connect to VCR fitting rated for UHV as well as cryo temps?

Cannot seem to find such a connection. The UHV vacuum sits around 1x10-8. The fitting needs to be rated for cryo temps.

why wouldn't a copper seal work?
 
The nature of the work is currently set on these limitations unfortunately.
