Jobs websites for theoretical/computational physics

AI Thread Summary
For posting job openings in engineering targeted at candidates with doctoral degrees in theoretical or computational physics, several platforms are recommended. Professional societies such as the American Physical Society and the American Institute of Physics are noted for their relevance to the field. Job boards like Monster.com, Indeed.com, and jobs.com are also suggested for their broad reach. While Craigslist is mentioned, it may not be the most effective option for specialized positions. The discussion emphasizes the importance of using platforms that cater specifically to the physics and engineering communities to attract qualified candidates.

I am looking to post a couple of job openings (in engineering) that would be well suited for people with doctoral degrees in theoretical/computational physics. Which websites (or professional societies) are most likely to get the most hits? It is ok if these sites charge for posting job openings.

Physics news on Phys.org
Craigslist?

American Physical Society, American Institute of Physics, Monster.com, indeed.com, jobs.com

I've looked at all of them looking for a job myself.

Frito had purchased a snack food plant near Lima, Peru, and sent me down to oversee the upgrades to the systems and the startup. Peru was still suffering the ills of a recent civil war and I knew it was dicey, but the money was too good to pass up. It was a long trip to Lima; about 14 hours of airtime...
