I have a hard time reading pdf files and i can not stand this file type. it is so slow and give me sickness and headache. It crushes me that the manufacturers are very fond of this file type . How can i make a pdf file into an ordinary web file which is very easier to read?

For example this one http://www.invitrogen.com/content/sfs/manuals/15596026.pdf

The Arobe reader i have is free. Do you have any free links? Or should i have to pay for it?

There are other readers out there besides adobe. I use this http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php for reading text PDF files when I'm forced to use a windows PC. That pgm fits and executes from a usb drive, is fast but the anti-alias fonts are not the greatest(I guess lots of smoothing equates to a doggedly slow start up). Still, I can read 10 pages before acrobat reader even opens.

This one is a little larger but renders fonts a wee-bit better http://www.visagesoft.com/products/pdfreader/

It's still 3287165897346562318461823979817345 times faster than acrobat reader.

Dear Peeps I have posted a few questions about programing on this sectio of the PF forum. I want to ask you veterans how you folks learn program in assembly and about computer architecture for the x86 family. In addition to finish learning C, I am also reading the book From bits to Gates to C and Beyond. In the book, it uses the mini LC3 assembly language. I also have books on assembly programming and computer architecture. The few famous ones i have are Computer Organization and...
I have a quick questions. I am going through a book on C programming on my own. Afterwards, I plan to go through something call data structures and algorithms on my own also in C. I also need to learn C++, Matlab and for personal interest Haskell. For the two topic of data structures and algorithms, I understand there are standard ones across all programming languages. After learning it through C, what would be the biggest issue when trying to implement the same data...
