AI Thread Summary
To resolve the issue of excessive left margin space when printing an essay from Microsoft Word, users can adjust the margins through the "Page Setup" option found under the File menu. Additionally, margins can be modified using the horizontal ruler at the top of the document; by hovering the mouse over the margin area, the cursor changes, allowing for manual adjustment of the margin. These methods provide effective solutions for correcting margin spacing in Word documents.

Go to File->Page Setup

You can adjust the margins there.

Hmm...what Enigma said is correct!

But if you wish you can also do that with mouse:

On the top you'll find "Horizontal ruler" if you keep your mouse pointer moving just in the margin are you'll find your cursor will become something like <--->

Then you can move your margin with the mouse :)

ok. thanx!
