Help! Parallel Plates Velocity of Electron

New to the forums and am hoping to find some major help...

I need some help understanding parallel plates and how to calculate the velocity of an electron going through them. What formula's would I use?

i'm assuming you mean parellel plates as capacitors and uniform electric fields.

you need:
three quasions of kinamatics
a=F/m
E=F/q
