Programs Possible to get a Physics Degree online? (Also, good ways to prepare?)

AI Thread Summary
For those interested in pursuing an online physics degree, Oxford University in the UK offers a relevant program, although the website may not always be updated. The Open University is also a viable option for students based in the UK. To prepare for a physics degree, strengthening math skills is essential, and resources such as textbooks can be beneficial for foundational knowledge. Engaging with math in free time is a productive approach for those transitioning from other fields, like psychology, to physics.

Hello,

I am interested in a physics degree and I was wondering if there is a good school for it online? Also, what kind of things should I study in order to prepare for it, and do they have book for it? I am currently finishing up my Bachelors in Psychology and I have been trying to work on my math skills in my free time.

I appreciate any advice!

Hey, I am Andreas from Germany. I am currently 35 years old and I want to relearn math and physics. This is not one of these regular questions when it comes to this matter. So... I am very realistic about it. I know that there are severe contraints when it comes to selfstudy compared to a regular school and/or university (structure, peers, teachers, learning groups, tests, access to papers and so on) . I will never get a job in this field and I will never be taken serious by "real"...
