AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers on the need to record spectrum data using HDHSDR software with a dongle. The user has successfully recorded audio in .wav format but is seeking a method to capture spectrum data in a structured format, such as {frequency, level}. They express frustration over the lack of information available on this topic. While they acknowledge methods for capturing screenshots and videos of the screen, their primary focus is on obtaining raw data for further processing rather than visual captures.

Hello. I use HDHSDR software with my dongle and I need to record displayed spectrum. I've found how to record sound (.wav) but not yet how to record spectrum in a way for instance {frequency, level}. I spent a lot of time in searching such an information but with no sucess.

Using Windows:
to capture the active window: use Alt+PrintScreen
to capture the full screen: use Ctrl+PrintScreen

The image is captured to the Clipbboard (as if you used Ctrl+C) and can be copied to graphics programs or some text editors using Ctrl+V.

to capture a video of the screen, you must use another program. Search Google for 'screen capture'

Thanks for reply, but my wish is not to capture screen but to capture data, to be able to process them later.

Unfortunately, when this question is asked, the one asking, as far as I can tell, may mean one of three things which can lead to lots of confusion. I'll list them out now for clarity. 1. Can AI do everything a human can do and how close are we to that? 2. Are corporations and governments using the promise of AI to gain more power for themselves? 3. Are AI and transhumans...
Thread 'ChatGPT Examples, Good and Bad'
I've been experimenting with ChatGPT. Some results are good, some very very bad. I think examples can help expose the properties of this AI. Maybe you can post some of your favorite examples and tell us what they reveal about the properties of this AI. (I had problems with copy/paste of text and formatting, so I'm posting my examples as screen shots. That is a promising start. But then I provided values V=1, R1=1, R2=2, R3=3 and asked for the value of I. At first, it said...
