AI Thread Summary
In designing a floor with slabs, beams, and columns, it's important to consider whether low walls should rest on top of beams, similar to brick walls. The discussion indicates that while brick walls typically rest on beams, the necessity for low walls to do the same can vary based on design requirements. The original poster expresses curiosity about this aspect, having previously designed structures without low walls. Ultimately, the inquiry is resolved, and the poster seeks to delete the thread. Understanding the structural implications of wall placement is crucial in architectural design.

1.Hey guys!
I will need to design a floor with slab, beams and columns. Brickwall should rest on top of beam as possible. How about low wall, does it needs to rest on top of beams as well? Thanks!

2. No equation

3. I've designed some, but without low wall, that's what made me curious.

P/S : This is neither a homework or work, I'm only into my course for awhile now, I'm just curious.

Thanks!
