I understand hydrogen peroxide has bacteriostatic and fungacidal properties at a concentration of 0.88 mol/l however I am struggling to establish how much something like vanish containing 30% sodium percarbonate (30g per 100g of product?), would be needed to provide that concentration and therefore provide the desired impact on bacteria and fungi. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This PDF is a good read. The part discussing sodium percarbonate is probably all you need to stimulate your thoughts about how much percarbonate you will need.
