"**** yeah. I got my technique down and everything. I don't be ticklin' or nothin'." Jules in Pulp Fiction (in a conversation about foot massages)

These were the first two that came to mind.

Casablanca doesn't get the credit it deserves as a comedy. Of the many hilarious lines I like this exchange best:

Renault : And what in heaven's name brought you to Casablanca?
Rick : My health. I came to Casablanca for the waters.
Renault : Waters? What waters? We're in the desert.
Rick : I was misinformed.

Ghostbusters:

When the least technically competent Ghostbuster is asked a question by a pretty girl:

"It's technical"

Also Ghostbusters:

Hot Possessed Girl: "Do you want this body?"
Least technically competent Ghostbuster: "Is this a trick question?"

Actually, that's from a Neil Young song. It was also in Kurt Cobain's suicide note.

Yes, but http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2618796351821150211&q=highlander+kurgan&total=49&start=0&num=50&so=0&type=search&plindex=3" is everything. The story was written by Gregory Widen who sold it in '86. I see Young released Rust Never Sleeps in '79. I wonder if that was Widen's source.

It's tough to follow but I loved it! It is based on a famous Russian novel, IIRC.

The best villain line ever:

"Dave, this conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye."

(Albeit, should someone assert that there were no villains in that particular feature, I won't try to claim otherwise.)

Prot: You know, for an educated person Mark, you repeat things quite a bit. Are you aware of that?
(K-PAX)

[watching Dr. Gonzo leave]
Raoul Duke: There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
(Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas)

Dr. Gonzo: It's okay. He's just admiring the shape of your skull.
(Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas)

Actually almost any quote from Fear and Loathing is worth admiration. A brilliant movie.

I hated that movie. Watching my life played out on the big screen was horrifying. It was like dying.

Anyways: Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!

Vanilla Sky had a memorable quote?

The only thing I remember about that movie was looking around the audience and seeing one watch after another light up as people checked to see how much longer was left in the movie. I saw it for free and still felt like I'd been ripped off.
