I want to know what is the meaning of percentile.
what is the percentile : 23.79 means?
Please give me explanation and also examples.

In statistics, a percentile (or centile) is the value of a variable below which a certain percent of observations fall.

Basically, if you get 23.79 percentile in an exam, it means you have the same or a higher score than 23.79% candidates.

Hi all, I've been a roulette player for more than 10 years (although I took time off here and there) and it's only now that I'm trying to understand the physics of the game.
