Where can I read "Essay on the Figure of the Earth"?

Apparently Lord Kelvin wrote a supposedly very original essay at the age of 15 (and won a gold medal for it from some university) titled "Essay on the Figure of the Earth". However, I can't seem to find it anywhere. How do I go about finding it? (even tried my university's electronic database for publications)

What changed this...

Remember, this is a highly volcanically active region, Santorini especially being famous for the supervolcanic eruption which is conjectured to have led to the decline of the Minoan civilization: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minoan_eruption To grasp the scale of what is happening, between the 26th of January and the 9th of February, 12000...
