Two forces produce equal impulses but the second force acts for a time twice that of the first force. Which force, if either is larger?
I derived it using the formula but not too sure if this is the right soultion
Ft = impulse
Impulse are the same for the two forces so let impulse = 100N.s
let time = 10s
Ft= 100
F(10) = 100
F = 10N
F(2t) = 100
F(20) = 100
F = 5N
therefore the first force is larger
Is that the right approach?
