How do I fix my Macbook booting straight into Windows instead of rEFIT?

AI Thread Summary
The issue involves a 2006 MacBook that was set up with rEFIt to dual-boot operating systems like Ubuntu and Windows. The user mistakenly formatted a partition as NTFS instead of FAT, causing the system to boot directly into Windows, bypassing rEFIt. To resolve this, it is recommended to access the boot selector by restarting the computer and holding down the Option key, which should allow the user to select the macOS install disk. If this does not work, the user may need to wipe the NTFS partition and reformat it to FAT. Additional support can be sought from the rEFIt community for further assistance.

I have a 2006 macbook which I put rEFIT on to. So I could install OS's like ubuntu and windows, but when I was installing windows on the separate partition. For some dumb reason I told it NTFS instead of fat and now my computer boots straight into Windows. Skipping over the rEFIT, now I need help. I have put the mac os install disk in and my comp boots off of that. But I'm too nervous to go on. Does anyone have any advice?

You need to wipe that NTFS partition and reformat it to FAT.

I found a similar documentary in English called The Human Cost of AI: Data workers in the Global South. There is also an interview with Milagros Miceli (appearing in both documentaries) on Youtube: I also found a powerpoint presentation by the economist Uma Rani (appearing in the French documentary), AI...
