What is the McDonald's Diet Experiment?

AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers on the impact of a McDonald's diet on health, referencing a movie where the protagonist intentionally makes himself ill by consuming only McDonald's food. Participants note that the experiment highlights the sedentary lifestyle of the average American, who typically engages in little exercise. Another individual is mentioned who successfully lost weight while eating at McDonald's, attributed to the availability of healthier menu options like salads and wraps. Additionally, a girl who participated in a similar experiment consumed a broader range of menu items, including cheeseburgers. The conversation emphasizes the varying outcomes of different dietary approaches within the context of fast food consumption.

Well, there is another person who did the same thing as him but lost weight.

That was part of his "experiment". He decided he was supposedly going to live like an average american and see what health effect a McDonalds diet would have. Supposedly the average american does very little walking each day and gets little to no excersize.

The guy who lost weight did so recently, after McDonalds added more healthy options to their menu, and he only ate salads and wraps.

A girl also did it, but didn't just eat salads and wraps. She ate cheeseburgers and all that too.
