This isn't much to offer as a thread, but this weather site -- http://www.wunderground.com -- has detailed info, and many things to explore. I found it because my wife asks me every morning what the weather is going to be so she can figure out what to wear to work. Around here there a lots of micro-climates, so I was surprised to find a site so detailed and also fun.
