AI Thread Summary
The discussion focuses on determining the values of capacitors C and C2 in a high-pass filter circuit involving R1, C, and R2. The user has a Bode plot but lacks clarity on how to relate it to the cut-off frequency. There is a suggestion that a diagram would greatly aid in understanding the circuit configuration. Warren expresses willingness to assist with schematics if a picture can be shared. The conversation highlights the importance of visual aids in circuit analysis for better comprehension.

I've got an R1 of 1K in parallel with an C and R2 in series.(Highpass)
I've got the bode plot of the circuit measured out.
Now I have to find the values of C and C2 ,can anyone help me?
It is related to the cut-off freq but I don't know how.

I don't think anyone can make any sense of this question without a diagram. You don't even tell us where C2 is supposed to be.

I play with that stuff all the time, formulas and all. If you can figure out how to post a picture I can try to put up some schematics. Maybe You can pick the one you like.

Thread 'I need a concave mirror with a focal length length of 150 feet'
I need to cut down a 3 year old dead tree from top down so tree causes no damage with small pieces falling. I need a mirror with a focal length of 150 ft. 12" diameter to 36" diameter will work good but I can't think of any easy way to build it. Nothing like this for sale on Ebay. I have a 30" Fresnel lens that I use to burn stumps it works great. Tree service wants $2000.
Hi all, i have some questions about the tesla turbine: is a tesla turbine more efficient than a steam engine or a stirling engine ? about the discs of the tesla turbine warping because of the high speed rotations; does running the engine on a lower speed solve that or will the discs warp anyway after time ? what is the difference in efficiency between the tesla turbine running at high speed and running it at a lower speed ( as fast as possible but low enough to not warp de discs) and: i...
