Or whatever the plural of virus is. If I could take all of them and fill a container, how big would the container be?

We don't know the names of all the viruses.Sometimes a virus is suddenly discovered and named.So there may be more viruses around that we have not yet discovered.
You may rephrase the question as:
"If I could take all the known viruses and fill a container,..."
