AI Thread Summary
A musician from Ireland is seeking audio samples for a track, specifically looking for satellite transmissions, astronaut communications, and radio signals. Despite conducting extensive searches online, they are struggling to find audio resources. Several links to relevant sites were shared, including NASA and SETI resources, which may contain the desired audio. The musician expressed gratitude for any assistance and indicated that they are primarily finding text and images in their searches. The discussion highlights the challenge of locating specific audio samples in the realm of electronic music production.

Hi all,
I'm a musician from Ireland, I write electronic music. I browse these forums sometimes as I have a passing interest in this type of thing.
I'm currently writing a track and I was wondering if you guys'n'gals could help me out. I'm looking for some audio samples of things like transmissions from satellites, particularly the voyager satellites, also radio chatter between astronauts and ground control, in any language. Also radio transmissions like "The big wow" or any signals received by radio telescopes and that sort of thing.
Anyone got any ideas where I can get this?
I can't seem to find anything online

TL;DR Summary: In 3 years, the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) telescope (or rather, a system of telescopes) should be put into operation. In case of failure to detect alien signals, it will further expand the radius of the so-called silence (or rather, radio silence) of the Universe. Is there any sense in this or is blissful ignorance better? In 3 years, the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) telescope (or rather, a system of telescopes) should be put into operation. Thread 'Could gamma-ray bursts have an intragalactic origin?'
This is indirectly evidenced by a map of the distribution of gamma-ray bursts in the night sky, made in the form of an elongated globe. And also the weakening of gamma radiation by the disk and the center of the Milky Way, which leads to anisotropy in the possibilities of observing gamma-ray bursts. My line of reasoning is as follows: 1. Gamma radiation should be absorbed to some extent by dust and other components of the interstellar medium. As a result, with an extragalactic origin, fewer...
