Fix MS Word Not Saving Document - Free Up Disk Space

AI Thread Summary
The issue of being unable to save a Word document containing multiple graphs from Excel, despite having sufficient disk space, is likely related to the number of files open or a potential software limitation. Users experiencing this problem should consider closing unnecessary applications or files to reduce the load on system resources. Additionally, checking for updates for both Word and Excel may resolve compatibility issues. If the problem persists, saving the document in a different format or using the "Save As" function could provide a workaround. For further assistance, consulting Microsoft's support page may offer additional solutions.

I have a Word document containing many graphs copied from Excel. When I want to save this document, it says 'The disk is too full or too many files are open' and disallow me to save it.

I have 20 free gigs of memory so it is most likely the later reason.

What could I do to save this document?

That is a promising start. But then I provided values V=1, R1=1, R2=2, R3=3 and asked for the value of I. At first, it said...
Sorry if 'Profile Badge' is not the correct term. I have an MS 365 subscription and I've noticed on my Word documents the small circle with my initials in it is sometimes different in colour document to document (it's the circle at the top right of the doc, that, when you hover over it it tells you you're signed in; if you click on it you get a bit more info). Last night I had four docs with a red circle, one with blue. When I closed the blue and opened it again it was red. Today I have 3...
