Free/GNU/Open Source programming language for Windows GUI

AI Thread Summary
For GUI programming on Windows, Python with PySide and Qt is recommended as a suitable option. This combination is free of cost and allows for the creation of native executables without restrictions on publishing products as freeware or open source. It effectively handles Windows API, making it a versatile choice for developers seeking a robust and accessible programming language for GUI applications.

Hello everyone,

Can anyone suggest me a suitable GUI programming language for windows (like Microsoft VB or anything else). The software should be free of cost. It also should not restrict me to publish my product as freeware/open source. (Additionally the software should be able to handle windows API and produce native executable)

Thank You.

I have watched some youtube...
