once a student graduate from High school he will start looking for a university (there are exceptions for sure).

what do you think?
is an accredited engineering school for the undergraduate level is the best choice?
an engineer told me once that an accredited school is the best start and you can save money for the Graduate level ,do you agree?

and BTW ,what do you think about Cleveland State University (Mechanical engineering dept)??
