Motor building help needed please!

TL;DR

Homemade 3 coils dc motor will not move. Ive already checked that the coils are all wound in the same direction, that the brushed swap contacts in accordance to the coils position in the permanent magnetic field. The permanent magnets are not too far away. Im clueless as to what the issue could be.

As stated earlier the coils are wound in the same direction, the magnets are not too far away and the brushes swap over at the correct time. I thought possibly friction could be the answer however after checking with my multimeter, the voltage through the commutator was only 0.3 volts when using a 6 Volt battery and when using a 9 Volt battery the reading was not much higher. I can't work out what could be causing this resistance. I would be gracious of any incite anyone could provide.

How is this different from your previous thread?

Just got it working thanks to Scott above , proper stator connection and I used 12volts power supply. Made it move but still some improvements to make!

This motor has 3 coils not 2 like the previous. So a new set of issues unfortunately.

You need to mark the magnets so we know where the N and S poles are on the surface of those rectangular block magnets.
