I'm trying to figure out the answer to a homework problem, but I just don't know the formula. :|
I was going to explain it, but I figure a pic is easier.

Now, I think you start with T = RC? With that, I get 1 sec. Then I divide each of the times by that? Rrrrrr! Can someone tell me what formula to use or give me a clue, at least? :(
