Need review material for job exam

AI Thread Summary
A recent BSEE graduate is seeking review materials for a job exam covering topics such as RF Microwave Devices, Digital Devices, and Electronic Theory. They are knowledgeable in most areas except RF microwave devices and are looking for recommendations on study materials or sample exams. A forum member suggested using Google to find resources, specifically mentioning the EE Review Center as a potential source. The discussion highlights the importance of targeted study materials for exam preparation in electrical engineering. Overall, the request emphasizes the need for effective study aids in specialized topics.

Hi, I am a recent grad with a BSEE and I will be taking an exam for a job. The exam will consist of the following:

RF Microwave Devices,

Digital Devices,

DC Electronic Theory,

Electronic Measurements,

Electronic Math,

AC Electronic Theory ,

and Active Devices,

I have knowledge of everything except of RF microwave devices. I would greatly appreciated if anyone has any recommendations on any material that I can prepare myself for this exam.

A sample exam with similar subjects would be great or any material relative to the subjects.

Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the PF.

I started to Google EE Review, and Google suggested EE Review Center, so I clicked on that. Looks like there may be some useful hits on the list for you:

Thread 'Weird near-field phenomenon I get in my EM simulation'
I recently made a basic simulation of wire antennas and I am not sure if the near field in my simulation is modeled correctly. One of the things that worry me is the fact that sometimes I see in my simulation "movements" in the near field that seems to be faster than the speed of wave propagation I defined (the speed of light in the simulation). Specifically I see "nodes" of low amplitude in the E field that are quickly "emitted" from the antenna and then slow down as they approach the far...
Hello dear reader, a brief introduction: Some 4 years ago someone started developing health related issues, apparently due to exposure to RF & ELF related frequencies and/or fields (Magnetic). This is currently becoming known as EHS. (Electromagnetic hypersensitivity is a claimed sensitivity to electromagnetic fields, to which adverse symptoms are attributed.) She experiences a deep burning sensation throughout her entire body, leaving her in pain and exhausted after a pulse has occurred...
