Probability over space or time in spacetime

Is it proper to speak of exclusive probabilities over space and time in spacetime?

That is, by separation into distance and time, can spacetime manifest quantum probabilities and uncertainties?

(I assume not, that quantum probabilities of distance and time are underdetermined by spacetime.)

This is indirectly evidenced by a map of the distribution of gamma-ray bursts in the night sky, made in the form of an elongated globe.
