Analysis Reference book for "Fredholm integral equations"

    I am looking for a good reference book for "Fredholm integral equations".
    + a book with lots of examples related to this topic!

    Chapter 3 of "Methods of Applied Mathematics" by Francis Hildebrand, now a Dover book.

    "A Course on Integral Equations" by Pipkin. Springer.

    I wish I seen chapter 3 of Hildebrand last summer, thanks, exactly what I wanted! :D
