Relation for the thermodynamic and transport properties of Methanol

AI Thread Summary
The discussion focuses on the need for specific thermodynamic and transport properties of methanol, including specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and density. Users share valuable resources, including links to Wikipedia and Engineering Toolbox, which provide detailed information on methanol's properties. Additionally, there is a request for references or guidance on formulas to calculate these properties for use in Simulink simulations, emphasizing the importance of having accessible data for efficient modeling.

Thanks everyone for the precious reply.
As i am working on simulink, I need references or guidance for relation fromula to find the thermodynamic and transport properties. As I can not refer the online available datas everytime when I am simulating.
Thanks in advance.

I want to test a humidity sensor with one or more saturated salt solutions. The table salt that I have on hand contains one of two anticaking agents, calcium silicate or sodium aluminosilicate. Will the presence of either of these additives (or iodine for that matter) significantly affect the equilibrium humidity? I searched and all the how-to-do-it guides did not address this question. One research paper I found reported that at 1.5% w/w calcium silicate increased the deliquescent point by...
