AI Thread Summary
The discussion revolves around determining the positions of three sensors given the known position of a first sensor at coordinates (0,0). The user seeks assistance on how to calculate the other sensor positions using the distances between them, which are already known. There is a request for helpful resources or websites related to sensors and distance measurement. Additionally, a suggestion is made to provide a drawing of the sensor setup to facilitate better assistance. The conversation emphasizes the importance of visual aids in solving spatial positioning problems.

Hi there, I need a help. There're given 4 sensors (any kind of sensor which can transmit&receive signals in order to find a distance between another sensors around there). And we know the position of first sensor, say x1=0, y1=0, and have to find other 3 sensor's position. We can easily find distances between sensors, that's why no need to carry about distances. I just need a help how to find other sensor's position. If you know any useful web sites related to distance/sensors, please leave their URL. thanks in advance. I'll appreciate your help.

Welcome to the PF.

Could you perhaps post a drawing of the setup? That would help us to help you.

Thread 'Weird near-field phenomenon I get in my EM simulation'
I recently made a basic simulation of wire antennas and I am not sure if the near field in my simulation is modeled correctly. One of the things that worry me is the fact that sometimes I see in my simulation "movements" in the near field that seems to be faster than the speed of wave propagation I defined (the speed of light in the simulation). Specifically I see "nodes" of low amplitude in the E field that are quickly "emitted" from the antenna and then slow down as they approach the far...
Hello dear reader, a brief introduction: Some 4 years ago someone started developing health related issues, apparently due to exposure to RF & ELF related frequencies and/or fields (Magnetic). This is currently becoming known as EHS. (Electromagnetic hypersensitivity is a claimed sensitivity to electromagnetic fields, to which adverse symptoms are attributed.) She experiences a deep burning sensation throughout her entire body, leaving her in pain and exhausted after a pulse has occurred...
